Jack C. Richards, CPL, joined Devon Energy Corp. in 2000 as land manager for the Mid-Continent district located in Oklahoma City. For fiscal year 2010-2011, he served as AAPL First Vice President on the Executive Committee, leading up to his current role as president. As first vice president last year, he chaired the Finance Committee, the Strategic Planning Committee and the trustees of the Landman Scholarship Trust. He is a member of the Educational Foundation and serves as the liaison to the Executive Committee for both the Ethics and By-Laws/Policy Manual Review committees.
