Thank you to everyone who attended the inaugural Oklahoma Energy Institute! We look forward to sharing information about the 2025 OKEI soon!

The 2024 OKEI offered 7 AAPL continuing education units, including 1.5 ethics credit. Continuing legal education credits have been approved by the following states: 

• Oklahoma (6 general, 2 ethics)
• Texas (6.75 general, 1.5 ethics)

Attendees enjoyed tours of Devon’s expansive Subsurface Center, where they had the unique opportunity to observe actual physical core samples while gaining insights from Devon geological and petrophysical experts. 

Professional development concluded with an exciting executive panel featuring CEOs and presidents from major industry players, including Phillips 66, ONEOK and Devon Energy. After the discussion, energy professionals from all backgrounds connected, shared and relaxed at a fun networking happy hour and enjoyed some holiday fun at OCAPL’s Christmas Party!
